Fennario Coffee Shop in West Chester will be hosting a crazy ‘Winter Basher’ this Friday 2/27, bringing in Mumblr, Hurry, Scuzbot, The Danger O’s, and Brokehead. Mumblr has been busy gigging recently, after releasing their breakthrough full length, Full of Snakes, and being part of a 4-way split with some other great Philly bands. Hurry has also been making their rounds through the area, most notably joining in on the Strength in Weakness split and performing at First Unitarian Church, aside from releasing their own fuzzy and memorable album. Scuzbot has been steadily building a reputation since the debut of their pop punk LP in 2012, and just wrapped up recording another album last week. The Danger O’s just put out a solid release yesterday, Turn It Up, packs a rock n roll punch inspired by classics like The Pixies. The newest band on the bill, Brokehead, put out a killer post-hardcore EP a few months back and is in the process of working on their second.
