Twin Pines Releases Nice Guys EP, announces tour dates

Local indie rock band Twin Pines recently released their debut EP, Nice Guys, for streaming and name-your-own-price download on bandcamp. Their punk and grunge influence leads them to dynamic build ups and deep revelations about their lost relationships, with captivating instrumentals. One of the most gut-wrenching moments comes on “So Long, Brother,” when vocalist/drummer Alex Lindquist (Crybaby) screams in agony at the loss of his best friend, “You’re not here with me! You’re not here with me! But your hair’s still on my clothes!” Album closer “Current and California” keeps the band’s persistent attitude towards friendship going, “I’ll be waiting but I swear you said you’d never go,” and ends in a huge driving force of sound and woah’s.

Stream/download Nice Guys below and check them out at one of their upcoming tour dates with Vivre Sa Vie.
